Snow!

Monday, we woke up to snow. Enough to close the roads, so we were unable to visit an ancient city we were supposed to see. And the museum we wanted to visit was also closed. They simply don't plow the roads around here, although they were finally cleared of the snow and slush by the time we went to dinner in the evening.

 

We headed out to the streets and did a little shopping. I found a little shop that sold knitting supplies and yarn! I think the owner was amused by my enthusiasm! I need to get back there and take a few pictures...
